Hi, I'm Joanna Hardis.
And I'm a cognitive behavioral therapist. Committed to using evidence-based treatments, I help people get unstuck.
Throughout my career, I've focused on guiding people through high levels of distress. Time and time again, I see people sabotage their efforts to change by getting stuck in their thoughts and feelings. So, I've taken everything I've learned in the last 20+ years and created a process to help you Just Do Nothing.
Through my anxiety/OCD private practice, workshops, and book, I teach people how to deal with feeling uncomfortable in ways that actually move them forward instead of holding them back. I'm here to help you get out of your own way and actually do the hard stuff you want to do.
